1.01 The aim of this agreement is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relations between the employer, the Union and the workers, by establishing certain conditions of employment which have been agreed by collective bargaining. 1.1.32 Severance pay and other benefits arising from other clauses of collective agreements are separate from those mentioned in this appendix and beyond. 20.04 Without prejudice to the position that the employer or the Union wishes to adopt in the future on the appropriateness of regulating collective agreements, the themes that can be defined for joint consultation are dealt with with the agreement of the parties. Travel time includes the time that is necessarily spent at each stop on the way, provided that this stopover does not exceed four (4) hours. The worker receives the following daily amount for each calendar day for which the employee is paid in accordance with Schedule A of the collective agreement. This collective agreement requires each worker to receive all wage adjustments within 90 calendar days from the date of signing. Since this provision is part of the collective agreement, it must therefore be implemented within the 90-day transposition period that expires on June 1, 2011. 33.01 For the purposes of this collective agreement, travel time is only compensated in the circumstances and to the extent provided for by this section. To qualify for the CFO Transition Allowance, the worker must be a member of the FI group on the date or after the signing of the collective agreement and have reached the maximum salary level for his level.
